- Manage and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure across the central network, data centers, and remote branches.
- Administer and support enterprise routing, switching, and network connectivity environments.
- Manage and support enterprise wireless network infrastructure.
- Administer Network Access Control (NAC) solutions and ensure secure network access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L3 network incidents, performance issues, and connectivity problems.
- Handle network changes, configurations, and technical troubleshooting in accordance with operational and change management processes.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, VLAN, and network performance issues.
- Maintain and update network diagrams, configurations, runbooks, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with security, systems, data center, and other infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end network availability and performance.
Requirements
- Min. 3Yrs of experience in enterprise network administration and operations.
- Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise network environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise routers and switches.
- Experience supporting data center, branch, and wireless network environments.
- Experience with Network Access Control (NAC) solutions is preferred.
- CCNP – Preferred.
- Experience with Cisco switches and routers.
- Experience with Cisco ACI and SD-WAN is preferred.
- Experience with Aruba Wireless and Aruba ACMP is preferred.
- Experience with Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass is preferred.
- Experience with Infoblox DNS is preferred.
