The MIS Trainee role at our real estate development organization in Riyadh offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in Management Information Systems, data analysis, business reporting, and digital solutions. The trainee will support the IT and business teams in maintaining information systems, analyzing data, and improving operational efficiency through technology.
The ideal candidate will be a fresh graduate with a strong interest in information systems, business analytics, and digital transformation, who meets the eligibility requirements of the Tamheer Program.
Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance and improvement of management information systems.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting business data.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Support system testing, documentation, and user requirements gathering.
- Coordinate with departments to identify system improvement opportunities.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users.
- Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
- Maintain accurate system records and documentation.
Skills
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
- Basic understanding of information systems and business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
