- UAPCO Company is looking for a creative, motivated, and experienced Marketing Officer to join our team in the agriculture sector**.
üìå Position: Marketing Officer ‚Äì Agriculture
üìç Location: Sulaibiya, Kuwait
Preferred Candidate
We are looking for a candidate with marketing experience in an agriculture-related company or industry, with a good understanding of agricultural products, services, and customers.
Requirements
- Previous marketing experience in an agriculture company or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of agricultural products, plants, nurseries, landscaping, irrigation, fertilizers, pesticides, or farming services will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing
- Experience in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify new customers and business opportunities
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new marketing ideas
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
- Kuwait/GCC market experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for agricultural products and services
- Promote the company's agricultural products, plants, nursery, landscaping, and related services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging agricultural marketing content
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends
- Visit customers, suppliers, farms, nurseries, landscaping companies, and other potential clients when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and agricultural activities
- Prepare marketing reports and provide feedback on market opportunities
- Support the sales and business development team in achieving company targets
