The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
At least 17 years of professional legal experience.
Admission to practice before the Egyptian Court of Cassation.
Excellent legal drafting skills, including legal memoranda, statements of claim, appeals, cassation appeals, contracts, agreements, legal correspondence, formal notices, defenses, and pleadings.
Strong experience in handling civil and commercial litigation and managing various types of disputes and court cases.
Ability to develop and implement appropriate legal strategies for each matter.
Ability to independently manage and follow up on cases throughout all stages of litigation until the issuance and enforcement of judgments.
Strong legal research skills, including reviewing Court of Cassation judgments, judicial precedents, and relevant legislation.
Ability to work independently, assume responsibility, and manage multiple cases and files simultaneously.
Strong commitment to deadlines, accuracy, professionalism, and effective client communication.
Seriousness, professional appearance, tact, and excellent communication skills are essential.
