🚀 Job Opportunity: Integration / API Engineer (.NET) - Mid-Level
Are you a skilled .NET developer looking for your next big challenge? We are currently shortlisting a Mid-Level Integration / API Engineer .
📌 Contract & Working Details:
- Location: Onsite (Jordan), with the flexibility and willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia during the contract period if required.
- Contract Duration: 12 months.
💻 What You Will Do:
- Develop and update APIs and integrations connecting internal systems, national platforms, and government services.
- Implement seamless integration changes for payment gateways and public-service platforms.
- Build .NET/C# integration components, validate data mappings, and manage secure authentication.
- Predictably handle errors, timeouts, retries, and duplicate requests, including payment reconciliation paths.
- Test API behavior and external-service failure cases alongside QA teams, and maintain technical interface specifications.
🎯 Required Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of relevant software engineering and integration experience.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining production APIs in C#/.NET (ASP.NET Core is highly relevant).
- Solid understanding of API contracts, HTTP/JSON interfaces, and payload mapping.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently using logs, database queries, and test tools.
- Preferred: Previous experience with payment integrations, handling callbacks, or Saudi public-sector integrations.
