Chedid Capital is looking for an Information Security Analyst that will support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group's information security program by helping safeguard the organization's information assets and ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Review and evaluate security controls across systems and infrastructure, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and IT teams, coordinating security monitoring, incident follow-up, and remediation activities.
- Coordinate the remediation and closure of audit findings and security recommendations, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Conduct periodic user access reviews across systems and applications to ensure compliance with the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
- Support vulnerability management activities by tracking identified vulnerabilities and following up with IT teams on remediation.
- Prepare security reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management.
- Stay informed of emerging cybersecurity threats and support security awareness and compliance initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in the same or similar field.
- Fluency in English and French is required.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), cloud computing, and information security concepts.
