We are looking for a social and friendly Indoor Sales Representative to work in retail with our customers and join our dynamic team, who can fulfill the below responsibilities and skills:
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and identify their optical needs.
- Recommend appropriate patient follow-up and care options.
- Answer questions and provide advice to patients regarding vision and optical issues.
- Deliver outstanding and full customer service through all patient interactions and journey starting from the eye
- Choosing the appropriate eyewear or contact lens to the follow up to guarantee a good after sales service.
- Assist in the development of the overall practice.
- Maintain a clean and organized display of frames and accessories.
- Follow up with customers for order pickups and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with optometrists and lab technicians to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in optical or healthcare industries.
- Basic knowledge of optical products and prescriptions is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-first attitude.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
