Position: Home Appliances Technician.Job Overview:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maintenance of Home Appliances, with a focus on attention to detail and quality workmanship. The Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the repair of our clients' appliances.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- * Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot home appliances.
- Diagnose and repair home appliance problems
- Execute maintenance and installation (if needed) of home appliances
- Provide time and material cost estimates before starting a job.
- Run tests and interpret results to make effective recommendations.
- Repair or replace faulty appliances, and source replacement parts.
- Read and apply manufacturer manuals
- Test newly installed appliance components to ensure proper function
- Enter completed home appliance repair projects and the parts used into database
- Identify and isolate problems, stay up-to-date on new appliances
Qualifications:
- * High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Home Appliances repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
