The project represents the first opening of a concept with a clear expansion plan for the future.

- Managing and coordinating the kitchen operations
- Managing high volumes while ensuring consistent quality standards
- Training and developing the kitchen brigade
- Working closely with the Culinary Director and management team
- Contributing to the development of the concept and future openings
Profilo del Candidato
- Solid experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef in structured restaurant environments
- Strong background in contemporary Italian cuisine
- Proven experience managing high-volume operations and structured teams
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Quality- and profitability-oriented approach, with strong cost-control awareness
- International experience is a significant plus
- Previous experience in Morocco, the Middle East or other international markets will be considered a strong advantage
