Role Description The Guest Relations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Rixos Hotels in Alexandria. This position oversees the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring personalized, high-quality service and prompt resolution of any issues or requests. The Guest Relations Manager coordinates with front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments to anticipate guest needs and maintain consistent service standards. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, managing VIP and repeat guest programs, handling feedback and complaints, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics. The role also involves guiding and mentoring team members, supporting training initiatives, updating guest profiles, and contributing to service enhancement projects aligned with Rixos’s luxury brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to manage the full guest experience and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact confidently with guests and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience in monitoring feedback, implementing improvements, and maintaining service quality.
- Experience in Training team members, coaching staff on service standards, and supporting continuous development.
- Previous experience in hospitality or luxury hotel environments, ideally in a supervisory or managerial front-of-house role.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage for working with international guests.
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to work on-site in Alexandria.
