Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible, energetic, and organized Floor Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and support the team in providing excellent service. The successful candidate will supervise staff, maintain smooth operations, assist customers, and ensure company standards are consistently followed.
Key Responsibilities
- * Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations
- Assign tasks and monitor staff activities during each shift
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
- Assist customers and handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure the floor area is clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Monitor product displays, equipment, and general floor conditions
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages or discrepancies
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and product arrangement when required
- Support sales and promotional activities
- Monitor service quality and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare basic reports and communicate operational issues to management
- Handle unexpected situations and assist with solving daily operational problems
- Ensure health, safety, and workplace standards are maintained
- Perform other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- * Fresh graduates and candidates without prior supervisory experience are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or operations is an advantage but not required
- Responsible, hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to supervise staff and manage multiple tasks
- Able to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations
- Basic English communication skills are preferred
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required
