Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in fire alarm and firefighting systems.
- Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of Civil Defense requirements is highly preferred.

- Fire Alarm Systems
- Sprinkler, Hydrant, Standpipe, Deluge & Foam Systems
- FM-200, Novec 1230, CO₂, Inergen and Clean Agent Systems
- NFPA Codes and Standards
- Project Planning Tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project)
- AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- Cost Control and Contract Administration
Preferred Certifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- NFPA CFPS or equivalent Fire Protection Certification
- Saudi Council of Engineers Registration
- OSHA / NEBOSH Safety Certification
Project Management
- Lead fire protection projects from award through commissioning and handover.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Manage project risks, variations, claims, and mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
Engineering & Technical Oversight
- Review and approve fire system designs, technical submittals, shop drawings, and material selections.
- Ensure compliance with NFPA, SBC, IFC, HCIS, Civil Defense, and project specifications.
- Coordinate engineering activities with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Support technical problem resolution during project execution.
Commercial & Contract Management
- Manage project contracts, subcontractors, and supplier agreements.
- Review scope changes and negotiate variation orders.
- Monitor project profitability, cash flow, invoicing, and payment collections.
- Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled and commercial risks are controlled.
Site Execution & Coordination
- Lead coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Monitor installation progress, quality, and safety performance.
- Conduct project review meetings and resolve execution challenges.
- Ensure timely material procurement and delivery to site.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Lead project progress meetings and manage client expectations.
- Coordinate Civil Defense inspections and approvals.
Commissioning & Handover
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and integrated system acceptance.
- Ensure completion of punch list items and project close-out activities.
Manage handover documentation, training, and warranty support
