Copytech, an ITG Holding Company, is a leading provider of printing and document solutions, offering a wide range of products and services to meet the needs of businesses across different industries. Our solutions include office printing, professional and industrial printing, print and document management, 3D printing, and document-shredding solutions.
As part of our technical team, you will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printing and document-management equipment at customer sites across Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer sites to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair printers, copiers, and related printing equipment.
- Diagnose hardware, software, connectivity, and operational issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
- Respond to service calls and ensure technical issues are resolved within the required timeframe.
- Configure and test equipment following installation or repair.
- Provide customers with basic guidance on equipment operation and troubleshooting when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, parts used, and equipment status.
- Coordinate with the technical team and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and customer-focused approach during all field visits.
Requirements
- Technical degree or diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Networking, or a related field.
- Previous experience in technical support, field service, printer/copier maintenance, or a similar role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Own a car and be willing to travel to customer locations across Lebanon.
- Valid driving license is required.
- Good command of English is a plus.
