We are looking for an experienced Facility Project Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facility Management
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration
- PMP or CFM certification is preferred
- 10 years of overall experience
- Experience managing integrated FM / O&M contracts in hospitals or healthcare facilities
- Minimum 5 years of the required experience in hospitals
- Knowledge of CBAHI / JCI facility-management standards
- Knowledge of MOH requirements
Experience with critical-area operations, including:
- ICU
- Operating Rooms (OR)
- Isolation Rooms
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management of hard & soft FM services for the hospital
- Ensure contract compliance and achievement of KPI/SLA performance
- Planning and budgeting of O&M activities
- Managing manpower and subcontractors
- Managing and utilizing CMMS
Coordination with:
- Hospital administration
- Infection control committees
- Safety committees
- Preparing monthly reports
