Role Description The Export Sales and Operations Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Qalyubiyah, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing export sales activities, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction. The Specialist coordinates with logistics providers, internal teams, and external partners to organize shipments, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies. Daily tasks include monitoring order status, updating systems and records, communicating with clients about delivery timelines, and resolving issues related to orders, shipments, or documentation. The role also involves analyzing market opportunities, supporting pricing and sales strategies, and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency in export activities.

Qualifications

Strong export sales and operations skills, including handling client inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating orders and shipments.
Knowledge of international trade procedures, export documentation, Incoterms, and customs regulations.
Proficiency in using business software and tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, ERP or CRM systems) for tracking orders and preparing reports.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues in export processes and suggest practical improvements.
Relevant experience in export, logistics, trading, or international sales is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency in English and Arabic for professional communication in spoken and written form.
