About the CompanyMarji Trust Holding (MTH) is a Beirut-based company operating in real estate development, construction, property management, and investment.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Civil Engineer to act as our Site Manager and Client Representative, overseeing construction, renovation, and property development projects on behalf of the company.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience*, preferably in building construction and real estate development. * Proven experience in site supervision or project management. * Good understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP coordination. * Ability to read construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications. * Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project scheduling software. * Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Good command of Arabic and English. * Valid driving licence and ability to travel between project sites.
Preferred Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a practical, hands-on engineer who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple contractors, and taking responsibility for project execution.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the confidence to represent the property owner's interests.
Reporting StructureReports directly to: MTH Management
Position objective: Ensure that all construction and renovation projects are completed to the required quality, within approved budgets, and according to agreed timelines.
