EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination of priorities.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks, handle confidential information, coordinate schedules, and communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and daily schedules.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and other administrative materials.
• Handle professional correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of management when required.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items to ensure deadlines and priorities are properly managed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and confidential information.
• Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Monitor pending tasks and follow up with relevant team members to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct research and gather information when required to support management in decision-making.
• Handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Perform other administrative and organizational duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills is a must.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
