- Develop detailed architectural and engineering drawings using Revit.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to translate concepts into accurate designs.
- Prepare and modify construction documents, including plans, sections, and elevations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit and other drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a must.
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
