This key leadership role will focus on managing all technical aspects of our ambitious projects and initiatives, ensuring that we deliver high-quality outcomes that align with our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Provide vision and direction for the technical department, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives
- Mentor and develop engineering teams to enhance skills and expertise

Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed to specifications, on time, and within budget

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all technical aspects of projects are integrated effectively

Continuous Improvement
- Identify areas for improvement within technical operations and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Utilize data and metrics to assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align technical requirements with business objectives

Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and industry partners to support project success

- Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and outcomes
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a leadership role within technical services or engineering management in large-scale development or construction projects
- Experience applying project management methodologies and principles
- Experience collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Experience driving innovation and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in technical operations
- In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to large-scale projects
- Experience with risk management and problem-solving in complex environments
- Experience preparing technical documentation and reports
