Role Description The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts for projects and services within GOFSCO’s upstream oil and gas operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and maintaining contracts; ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards; and supporting contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. The role involves coordinating with procurement, finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely approvals, and effective contract execution. The Contract Administrator will monitor contract performance, manage amendments and variations, track key milestones and deliverables, and prepare reports and summaries for management. The position also requires maintaining organized records, resolving contract-related issues, and contributing to process improvements for contract management.

- Candidates should possess robust analytical skills to interpret contract terms, assess risks, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications in contract or procurement management are an advantage.
- Experience in contract administration within the oil and gas or energy sector is preferred, with familiarity in upstream project environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and adhere to ethical, safety, and compliance standards.
