JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager to join our growing team. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing Swiss Butter's social media presence, maintaining a consistent content calendar, overseeing our influencer outreach program, supporting case management and providing regular reports on performance. This role is essential to strengthen our brand presence, engage with our audience, and ultimately create simple moments of joy for all who interact with Swiss Butter.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage Swiss Butter's social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, & TikTok)
- Create and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging posts that align with our brand essence and objectives
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling visual and written content
- Monitor and respond to audience engagement, fostering a sense of community and positive brand sentiment
- Support case management through online case creation and follow-up on customer recovery
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with relevant influencers to expand our brand's reach and credibility
- Regularly track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Develop and share performance reports with the marketing team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media and community management
WORKING HOURS
This is a hybrid position, and working hours may be scheduled across AM, PM, or Overnight shifts depending on business and operational demand:
- AM Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- PM Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Remote)
- ON Shift: 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Remote)
Flexibility to work across all three shifts when required is an essential part of the role.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Must have graduated within the last 12 months
- Proficiency in French is required
- Experience in social media management, community management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content (Video & Photo)
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and best practices
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Passion for the Swiss Butter brand and commitment to spreading happiness through simplicity
