Role Description The Shop Sales and Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Beirut. This position is responsible for welcoming customers, providing product information, assisting with selection, and processing sales transactions at the checkout. Daily tasks include maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing displays to highlight key products and promotions. The role also involves handling basic administrative tasks such as updating sales records, coordinating with suppliers or management on stock needs, and supporting simple shop marketing activities like in-store signage or social media updates. The assistant collaborates closely with the shop team to ensure a consistent, positive customer experience and smooth daily operations.
