About the Role
Atelier du Miel is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain & Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end flow of products from demand planning and procurement through production, warehousing, fulfillment and distribution.
The role will also support ADM's product quality, traceability and product introduction processes, ensuring that products are available, properly controlled and delivered efficiently to our customers and points of sale.
Key ResponsibilitiesFulfillment & Distribution
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate daily deliveries and distribution requirements.
- Plan and monitor delivery routes and fleet activities.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure proper delivery documentation and cash reconciliation where applicable.
- Monitor fulfillment accuracy, delivery performance and operational issues.
Demand Planning & Procurement
- Translate sales forecasts and stock requirements into procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.
- Prepare purchase requests and coordinate approved purchase orders with suppliers.
- Follow up on supplier deliveries, lead times and product availability.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records.
Production
- Plan production requirements based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
- Coordinate production, filling, packaging and labeling activities.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials and packaging.
- Monitor production completion against plan.
Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory.
- Coordinate receiving, storage and stock movements.
- Perform periodic stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure proper batch, expiry and traceability management.
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations.
Quality & Product Management
- Coordinate the operational introduction of new products and SKUs.
- Maintain product specifications, documentation and traceability records.
- Coordinate product sampling and laboratory testing.
- Follow up on quality requirements and corrective actions.
- Ensure products comply with ADM's internal quality standards before release.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
* Ideally 2–5 years of experience* in supply chain, FMCG, food production, warehousing or operations.
* Strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Comfortable working with inventory, forecasts and operational data.
* Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; ERP experience is an advantage.
* Ability to coordinate suppliers, production teams, warehouse staff and drivers.
* Detail-oriented, particularly regarding inventory, documentation and quality control.
* Fluent in Arabic and good command of English; French is an advantage.
* Hands-on attitude and willingness to work between the office, warehouse and field operations.
