PatioHome is a Lebanese sleep and bedding brand. We're hiring an Operations Assistant to run the day-to-day of our order, inventory, and delivery flow.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, on-site in Fanar

Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill daily online orders — picking, packing, and preparing shipments
- Manage inventory: stock levels, incoming and outgoing goods, and regular stock counts
- Coordinate with delivery companies — bookings, pickups, tracking, and resolving delayed or failed deliveries
- Handle returns, exchanges, and restocking
- Reconcile COD collections and courier delivery reports
- Follow up with suppliers on incoming shipments and receiving
- Keep order and inventory records accurate and up to date daily
- Report on stock levels, fulfillment, and delivery performance
Requirements
- 1+ years in operations, logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; Shopify experience is a plus
- Strong follow-up skills — you chase things until they're closed
- Arabic and English
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
