Role Description the Operations and Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Choueifat Governorate, Lebanon. This role is responsible for monitoring and maintaining production lines and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, executing preventive maintenance plans, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime. The engineer collaborates with production and quality teams to optimize equipment performance, supports the implementation of improvements, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves documenting maintenance activities, managing spare parts, and supporting training on proper equipment use.
