The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies using AI, that support the company’s growth, brand positioning, customer engagement, and business development objectives. The role will oversee digital and traditional marketing activities, brand management, marketing campaigns, content development, market research, and performance analysis.
The position will work closely with management, sales teams, designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives, consistent brand communication, and measurable results. Will also identify market opportunities, monitor industry and competitor trends, and recommend initiatives that enhance the company’s visibility, market presence, and overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
-Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
-Design and implement marketing policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
-Identify market opportunities and recommend new marketing initiatives.
-Manage and monitor the company’s digital presence including website, social media pages, and online directories.
-Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content across platforms.
-Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all digital channels.
-Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to increase visibility and reach.
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
-Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies when required.
-Track campaign performance and prepare evaluation reports.
-Optimize campaigns based on performance data and market response.
-Maintain and strengthen the company’s brand identity.
-Oversee preparation of marketing materials including presentations, brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
-Ensure all communication materials comply with brand standards.
-Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
-Five to seven years of experience in marketing.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
-Experience in campaign planning and marketing strategy development.
-Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
