We serve residential, commercial, and industrial clients, delivering HVAC solutions ranging from individual air-conditioning systems to large-scale VRF and engineered projects. The company’s activities cover the full project cycle, from system design and equipment selection through installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
Position Overview
Provide engineering services by implementing HVAC engineering systems, procedures, and policies on multiple projects as outlined below.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities (listed by order of priorities)
- Establish contact and attend meetings with potential clients.
- Conduct HVAC designs and prepare drawings based on client requirements.
- Prepare offers and present them to the client.
- Follow up on offers, obtain signatures, and secure down payments.
- Determine the teams required to execute works in consultation with fellow Engineers and Higher Management.
- Ensure that required equipment and accessories are available in stock; otherwise, alert the concerned parties.
- Generate the necessary Delivery Orders.
- Monitor and record project progress using predefined engineering forms.
- Track project costs and ensure quality control.
- Conduct site visits and follow up on projects as deemed necessary, with appropriate time management.
- Address client queries and concerns throughout project execution.
- Prepare project invoices based on the offer and actual executed works.
- Follow up on invoices and secure payments.
- Develop social media content ideas and represent the company in photo and video shoots.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities
- Distribute tasks to Technicians based on a predefined rotation schedule.
- Train and provide necessary support to Junior Engineers.
Working Conditions
- Weekly workdays are Monday to Friday.
- Daily working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Employee is entitled to a 0.5-hour lunch break.
- Employee is frequently required to adapt to changing priorities.
- Employee may be required to work overtime, with paid compensation.
Employment Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Sufficient knowledge of HAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
