Baroudi & Associates is looking to onboard an experienced Senior Associate to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Beirut.
We are seeking a lawyer with strong and well-established experience in Lebanese litigation and dispute resolution, who is comfortable handling complex matters and taking an active role in the day-to-day conduct of cases. The successful candidate should have significant practical experience in litigation before the Lebanese courts; excellent knowledge of Lebanese civil, commercial and procedural law; strong legal research, analysis and drafting skills; experience preparing pleadings, submissions, legal opinions and case strategies; the ability to manage substantial case files, follow proceedings independently and coordinate effectively with clients and other members of the team; and the ability to work confidently and effectively in a demanding professional environment.
An experience of 10+ years is required.
