Location: Properties across Beirut and Metn, Lebanon

1. Role summary
Manage the maintenance and repair of private residential properties across Beirut and Metn, covering civil, electrical, and mechanical systems.
2. Key responsibilities
- Inspect properties and plan preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and oversee repairs to structures, finishes, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, pumps, and other equipment.
- Prepare work scopes, schedules, material lists, and cost estimates.
- Supervise technicians and contractors, checking quality and safety.
- Maintain service records and coordinate urgent repairs with minimal disruption to residents.
3. Requirements
- Engineering qualification in civil, electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of relevant maintenance experience across civil, electrical, and mechanical work.
- Experience maintaining private homes or residential properties.
- Strong troubleshooting, supervision, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communte between properties in Beirut and Metn.
