* A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience.

Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents with attention to detail and clarity.
Client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate complex legal issues clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term professional relationships.
Experience mentoring or supervising junior legal professionals and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
Licensed lawyer; prior practice experience in corporate law, ideally within a reputable law firm.
Manage multiple matters concurrently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
