Lockton are actively looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our growing Lockton Employee Benefits team in Oman.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines a medical background or qualification with insurance experience, and who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service to clients.
You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients, acting as a key point of contact and helping ensure their insurance, servicing and ongoing benefit needs are effectively managed.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of Employee Benefits clients.
- Understand clients’ benefit requirements and provide guidance on insurer services, coverage and pricing.
- Support clients with medical claims queries, escalations and resolution, working closely with insurers and internal teams.
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of clients’ insurance programmes.
- Coordinate renewals and market reviews, ensuring activity is completed in line with required timelines.
- Work collaboratively with insurers and internal teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.
- Identify opportunities to expand services, strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
What we’re looking for
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A medical background or relevant medical qualification.
- At least 2 years’ experience within the insurance industry, ideally within Employee Benefits, medical or group benefits.
- A good understanding of medical claims management and insurer processes.
- Experience working directly with clients and managing insurance accounts.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- The confidence to explain insurance and benefits information clearly to clients.
- A collaborative, client-focused approach and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
