We're Hiring | CCTV Systems Operations & Technical Supervisor
MEDCO is looking for a CCTV Systems Operations & Technical Supervisor to join our IT team and support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our enterprise video surveillance environment across multiple locations.
In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment, configuration, monitoring, and support of CCTV systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and compliance with company standards and operational requirements.
Key Qualifications
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
-2 to 4 years of experience in CCTV systems, IT infrastructure support, or related technical roles
-Strong understanding of:
-Experience with Hikvision solutions is considered a strong advantage
-Knowledge and hands-on experience in Vision AI, video analytics, AI-powered surveillance solutions, or intelligent video monitoring systems is a definitive advantage
