High Tech Talents (HTT) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Engineer to join our Engineering team and work on projects supporting international clients.
üìç Location: Amman / Irbid, Jordan ‚Äì On-site
üíº Employment Type: Full-time
üóìÔ∏è Working Days: Monday to Friday
üïí Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 10:00 AM ‚Äì 4:00 AM (Jordan Time), aligned with U.S. business hours
üåé English: Fluent written and spoken English ‚Äì Mandatory
üéì Experience: Fresh Graduates / 0‚Äì2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and develop detailed CAD designs based on customer requirements and engineering specifications.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and design requirements.
• Make design revisions based on engineering and customer feedback.
• Review completed designs to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify and communicate design issues or inconsistencies.
• Maintain organized CAD files, drawings, and design documentation.
• Follow engineering procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Complete assigned projects accurately and within required deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members on assigned projects.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related Engineering field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience – Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, PCB design, or similar CAD software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Eager to learn and develop professionally.
