Role Description
A Business Development Director provides strategic leadership for business development, sales growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee business development, sales, and growth initiatives.

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and product teams to support business growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, commercial management, or strategic partnerships.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, market expansion, and new business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, market development, client management, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
