Role Description The BIM Architecture Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This position oversees the development, coordination, and management of BIM models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. The role includes leading and mentoring a team of architects and BIM specialists, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and facilitating collaboration with project managers, engineers, and consultants. Daily responsibilities involve guiding architectural design processes within BIM platforms, resolving technical issues, and optimizing workflows for efficiency and quality. The Team Leader also contributes to project planning, progress reporting, and the implementation of best practices and BIM standards across the firm.
Qualifications
- * Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate design concepts into detailed BIM models.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and standards, including model coordination, documentation, and clash detection.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities, including mentoring, performance feedback, and workload management.
- Experience in Project Management, covering planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; professional licensure or equivalent credentials are an advantage.
