Role Description The Barista is a full-time, on-site role based in Muscat, responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea specialties, according to established recipes and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include taking customer orders, operating coffee machines and other equipment, handling food preparation for light snacks or accompaniments, and ensuring the service area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked. The Barista greets guests, answers questions about menu items, and provides prompt, courteous customer service while following hygiene, safety, and handling procedures. The role also includes processing payments, supporting colleagues during busy periods, and contributing to a friendly, efficient work environment.
