We are looking for a Bakery & Pastry Assistant Chef to join our kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing breads, pastries, desserts, cakes, creams, fillings, and doughs.
- Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.
- Support the Chef in daily bakery and pastry production.
- Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and portion standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the work area and equipment.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory, storage, and proper handling of ingredients.
- Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team and follow the Chef’s instructions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Bakery & Pastry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and quality.
