Role SummaryThe position is a temporary role, and mainly responsible for providing effective and efficient Human Capital Administration services with regards to Recruitment, On / Off Boarding of Employees and general HC Services on a timely basis, in addition to supporting Government Relations in delivering and completing all related assignments to ensure smooth visa applications.
ROLE PROFILE
- * Support end-to-end recruitment administration and coordinate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
- Manage recruitment documentation, personnel files, data entry, and file tracking systems.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions.
- Liaise with Government Relations and Corporate HR for visa, labor approvals, and medical insurance processes.
- Coordinate employee logistics, including workstations, access cards, travel, accommodation, and business travel arrangements.
- Communicate with employees regarding documentation requirements and HR-related inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, process purchase requests, and follow up on procurement and payment activities.
- Support employee events and training programs, manage final settlement processes, and ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and company values.
Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR and administrative processes is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are advantageous.
- 0-1 year of experience in Human Resources, Administration, Business Support, or a related field.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and company values while providing day-to-day HR support.
