Responsibilities:
- Carry out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and modification/engineering of a wide range of on‑line analyzers and associated equipment.
- Receive daily work schedules and instructions from the resident engineer/supervisor – analyzers. Obtain approved “permit to work,” necessary tools, and spare parts to carry out jobs. Ensure all work is completed according to specific instructions, applicable work methods, and QHSE standards.
- Perform routine predictive and preventive maintenance checks on various on‑line analyzers and associated equipment. Conduct verification tests and test runs after maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Carry out major shutdown maintenance or engineering work.
- Install new on‑line analyzers and associated equipment as directed. Execute equipment and system modifications per instructions from the resident engineer – analyzers.
- Maintain a maintenance logbook, recording details of work carried out/completed including defaults, problems, findings, and equipment/system conditions.
- Comply with all Company Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct all work activities safely and responsibly. Avoid unsafe tasks and consult supervisor/engineer if in doubt.
- Attend HSE meetings and participate in Company QHSE promotional programs.
- Report all accidents, incidents, or near misses to supervisor/manager or QHSE Department.
- Perform other similar or related duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements:
- 3‑year full‑time Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation from a recognized engineering college/university.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in maintenance of on‑line analyzers in the Oil & Gas industry.
