We are looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team and oversee accounting activities within our Food & Beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities for F&B operations.
- Monitor daily sales, cash, credit card and revenue transactions and ensure accurate recording.
- Review F&B revenue reports and reconcile sales with POS and accounting records.
- Perform regular reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure proper recording and documentation of expenses, purchases and payments.
- Coordinate with F&B, Purchasing, Stores and Operations teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
- Supervise and support accounting team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- F&B / Hospitality accounting experience is a MUST.
- Previous experience in a supervisory accounting role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of F&B revenue, food cost, inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very good Excel skills; experience with POS/accounting systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
