The Accountant provides clerical and administrative support relating to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable functions of the Finance Department to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. MBA Preferred
- 3 Years of Experience
- NAVISION is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Handling company cash and safe, including daily cash count.
- Ensuring invoices are submitted with necessary documents in compliance with internal processes.
- Reconciliation of vendors' statements of account.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Supporting audit exercises by providing required documents.
- Providing support to the Finance Manager for month- and year-end account closing activities.
- Assisting in preparing & generating VAT reports & declarations.
