Role Summary
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and restoring luxury interior finishes within VVIP residences. Expertise is required in decorative painting, wood restoration, premium finishes, and precise touch-up work to match original color, texture, sheen, and appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair decorative paints, specialty coatings, and luxury wall finishes.
- Perform color matching and fine touch-up repairs.
- Restore timber, veneer, cabinetry, doors, wall panels, and woodwork.
- Carry out sanding, staining, polishing, varnishing, lacquering, and minor veneer repairs.
- Maintain decorative plaster, cornices, trims, and architectural details.
- Protect high-value interiors while ensuring exceptional workmanship and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury interior finishing and restoration.
- Skilled in decorative painting, wood refinishing, lacquer/varnish repairs, and veneer restoration.
- Relevant trade qualification in painting, carpentry, joinery, furniture finishing, or related field.
- Experience in palaces, luxury villas, five-star hotels, yachts, high-end fit-out, or heritage restoration is preferred.
