Company Description Kromahaus is a high-end post production studio specializing in advanced color grading for film, television, and digital content. The team focuses on delivering visually compelling work that meets the creative and technical standards of premium productions.
Role Description Initially as we have projects coming in the post producer will liaise with the clients and make sure that smooth workflow takes place as the project is worked on, Though media acquirement, scheduling, budgeting, and QC. This is a two part job, which also entails that in the first few months will be business development based as we expand our operations and introduce ourselves to more agencies and production houses though our already large portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Post-Production and Video Post-Production processes, including end-to-end workflows and delivery standards.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, with the ability to understand production requirements and translate them into post-production plans.
- Demonstrated ability in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Advanced skills in Video Color Grading, with familiarity with industry-standard grading tools and color pipelines.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and provide clear updates.
- Proven leadership capabilities in guiding cross-functional creative and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience in film, media, production, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages used locally is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a post-production house or similar environment, especially in high-end or premium content, is highly beneficial.
- All qualification are beneficial but not required. what is required is a good attitude and willingness to work.
-The candidate can expect a salary range of around 700USD/Month and a 12% cut per project.
