- Role Description The Senior Architect role at Recchie is a full-time, on-site position based in Beirut. It requires a strong balance of design ability, technical knowledge, ownership, and delivery skills, suited to someone who is ambitious, eager to achieve, and takes pride in delivering work to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5–10 years of professional experience in architectural design and development
- Strong architectural and design sensibility, with the ability to develop ideas from concept through execution
- Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong Rhino 3D modelling skills
- Solid technical and construction knowledge, with experience producing and coordinating technical, detailed design, and execution drawings
- Experience across architecture and interior fit-out; exposure to bespoke structures and complex detailing is a strong advantage
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take responsibility for projects and drive them forward
- Ability to perform and maintain design quality under tight deadlines and demanding project programmes
- Strong communication and coordination skills across clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Good understanding of buildability, materials, detailing, and the relationship between design intent and execution
- An understanding of—or genuine interest in—AI as both a creative and technical tool for architecture, with a willingness to explore new technologies and workflows
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ambition to grow, achieve, and consistently deliver at a high standard
