Role Description The Wide Web Flexo Printing Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Khirbet Qanafar, West Bekaa, Lebanon. The operator will set up, run, and monitor wide web flexographic printing machines to produce high-quality labels according to job specifications and production schedules. Daily tasks include preparing materials, adjusting machine settings, performing basic maintenance, and ensuring proper use of hand tools and related machinery. The role involves continuous inspection of printed output, identifying and correcting defects, and following established quality control procedures and safety standards. The operator will collaborate with production and quality teams, document production data, and support process improvements to maintain Propack’s high performance and precision standards.
Working Conditions
Monday to Saturday, 12-hour rotating shifts (including a one-hour break), with flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required.
Education:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Printing Technology or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience operating Wide Web Flexographic Printing Machines.
