IDS is a multi-disciplinary project management and operational execution firm. We deliver end-to-end management across four core verticals: Commercial Construction, Facility Maintenance Lifecycle Management, Software Development, and Strategic Marketing. We're expanding our Facility Maintenance Lifecycle Management operations into Beirut and looking for an Entity Lead to build and run our new dispatch team from the ground up.
About the Role
- As Entity Lead, you'll own the full operational performance of your team — service execution, client satisfaction, and profit margins — for a dedicated group of Project Coordinators managing the complete lifecycle of U.S. client work orders. You'll report directly to our Operations Manager and be the first line of leadership on the ground in Beirut.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of Project Coordinators handling live technician dispatch, work order tracking, and client communication
- Enforce check-in/check-out protocols, proof-of-work standards (before/after photos, sign-off sheets), and Not-To-Exceed (NTE) budget compliance across all active jobs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client account reps on entity-specific jobs and escalations
- Review and approve completed job packages before billing to minimize invoice disputes
- Coordinate with Quoting on scope/pricing for complex jobs, and with Procurement on material sourcing timelines
- Run monthly performance reviews for each Project Coordinator
- Handle day-to-day operational escalations (technician no-shows, scope disputes, client friction) and bring solutions — not just problems — to leadership
- Approve deposits up to $500 and flag/red-light problematic jobs
What We're Looking For
- Strong English communication skills, spoken and written — you'll be coordinating directly with U.S. clients and technicians daily
- Prior experience in dispatch, operations management, logistics coordination, or a similar client-facing operational role
- Comfortable managing a team and owning outcomes, not just tasks
- Calm under pressure — this role handles live escalations as a matter of course
- Based in or able to relocate to Beirut; comfortable with evening working hours aligned to U.S. business hours
