Position: Program Reporting & Documentation Intern

Role Overview
The Programs Reporting & Documentation Intern will support the Programs team in reviewing, organizing, and tracking reporting deliverables related to NGO programs. The intern will help ensure that program documentation is complete, accurate, well-organized, and aligned with project and donor requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review program reporting deliverables submitted by trainers, CIS branches, and coordinators.
- Check documents against program requirements, templates, and reporting checklists.
- Review attendance sheets, participant data, assessment forms, trainer reports, matrices, and other supporting documentation.
- Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and communicate it to the relevant team members.
- Follow up on pending program deliverables and required corrections.
- Cross-check information across different documents to identify discrepancies.
- Maintain tracking sheets to monitor the status of program deliverables.
- Organize and maintain program files and supporting documentation in designated folders.
- Support the Programs team in preparing complete documentation packages for reporting and donor review.
- Assist with basic data entry, Excel tracking, and data organization.
- Support the team with other program-related administrative and documentation tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- University student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Interest in NGO program, project management, and development work.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work systematically and handle multiple documents and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an NGO or program environment is an asset but not required.
