Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon. This role supports senior leadership through calendaring, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Daily responsibilities include managing phone calls and emails, organizing files and documentation, maintaining office records, and coordinating internal and external meetings. The Executive Administrative Assistant will also handle clerical tasks, assist with follow-up on client and partner communications, and help ensure smooth office operations in alignment with Fakhoury Motors’ high service standards. The role requires discretion, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including supporting senior leaders and handling confidential information with professionalism.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact courteously and clearly with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and comfort with digital tools and document management systems.
- Prior experience in the automotive, luxury goods, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Beirut Governorate, Lebanon, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
