Role Description
We are seeking a Risk and Governance Consultant to contribute to IMPACT Advisory engagements and help develop client relationships.
The work includes assessing risk exposures, reviewing governance arrangements, preparing client reports and recommendations, and supporting implementation. The consultant will also identify potential mandates, participate in client discussions and contribute to proposals.
We welcome professionals with practical experience who can combine sound analysis, clear communication and commercial judgement. The engagement arrangement will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
Qualifications
• Experience in enterprise risk, governance, compliance or advisory work.
• Ability to translate findings into practical recommendations for management.
• Experience preparing client deliverables and presenting findings.
• Ability to develop professional relationships and identify advisory opportunities.
• Relevant academic or professional qualifications.
• Strong research, writing and Excel skills.
• AML/CFT experience, including risk assessments, customer due diligence and compliance frameworks, would be an advantage.
• Professional judgement, confidentiality and reliable delivery.
