Sponsorship is BMA's biggest lever for both revenue and credibility, and we're looking for one person to own it end to end, from the first pitch to the final sponsor report.
You'll lead partnerships across our full portfolio of events
üéØ What you'll own
- Our annual partnership strategy and revenue targets across all BMA events
- Prospecting, pitching, and closing new sponsors
- Negotiating and managing sponsorship agreements
- Sponsor fulfilment, making sure every visibility commitment, activation, and report is delivered in full
- Long-term sponsor relationships and renewals

- Revenue targets met against the annual plan
- Every sponsor deliverable fulfilled and reported on time
- A sponsor renewal rate that's tracked and keeps improving
